ARE YOU BORN ON OR AFTER JANUARY 1st, 1988?
IMPORTANT: If you were born after 1-1-1988, it is mandatory to take this course. If you show up at the time of booking without presenting the proof of completion and approval of the course, you could lose your deposit and booking time.
- Florida law requires all boaters born on or after January 1, 1988 to pass a boating safety course. When you come to check in please bring this certificate.
- We require a valid drivers license or state issued ID card and you must be 18 years of age to rent.
- Drugs and alcohol prohibited during the rental.
- Parent or guardian must sign for any child 17 and under and all passengers must be 6 years of age and up.
- All guests in your party must arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
- Upon arrival all participants in your party must meet the above listed requirements to participate in the tour. If all of the requirements are not met, you may be subject to a non-refundable forfeit of the reservation or re-scheduling for a later date within one year of the original reservation.
- Personal watercraft can not exceed a weight limit of 400lbs individual or combine passengers.
- Proper eye protection is required at all times for all participants. Sunglasses with lanyard are sufficient for protection.
- Notice of cancellation must be given 24 hours prior to your reservation departure time.
- Severe Weather Disclaimer: In the event of inclement weather conditions prior to your scheduled departure we offer the following options. A re-booking (up to 1 year from the original reservation date) or a full refund.
- All participants in this activity must know how to swim.
- Damage Policy: You are liable for any and all damages or injuries.
All riders must respect the manatee zone, as is clearly explained by the guider and as shown on the maps received with the confirmation email.
In the event of a rider violating the law and being pulled over by the patrol police or any enforcement officer, the rider is fully responsible for any penalty and must pay the penalty fee. Any time spent on processing the ticket that exceeds the duration of the booked time slot will be charged to the credit card used to make the booking.
An additional charge will also be made if equipment is not returned within 15 minutes of the end of the booked session.
